GIgMassive provides a venue-to-artist matching service. We act solely as a neutral gallery and communication portal. We do not act as an agent, employer, or partner to any user.

• No Booking Fees: We do not charge venues or bands for successful bookings.
• Direct Contracting: Any agreement is a direct contract between the Venue and the Band.

2. Payments & Financial Transactions

Because GigMassive does not process payments:

• Negotiations: All financial terms are negotiated directly between the Venue and the Band.
• Payment Responsibility: The Venue is solely responsible for paying the Band.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigMassive shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, or the quality of the performance.
